You mentioned that mid-career MPA students were able to pitch their ideas directly, do non mid-career students or MPP candidates have the same ability? If I have a very specific research goal would I be able to apply for and pursue that specifically? Or would I only be selected to conduct research on Taubman Center's initiatives?

You might have already answered (as a general point), but is there any active/planned collaboration with cities in the EU? Thanks!
