Leave of Absence Request Form
In light of the recent announcement that HKS courses will be exclusively online this fall, we are now offering leaves of absence – for a limited time – to any continuing student who wishes to take a break from their studies at HKS. To request a leave of absence, please complete the form below by 5:00 PM EDT on July 20, 2020. While a leave may be requested for the fall semester or the entire academic year.
